Terms and conditions of use

Orders

All our presses are made to order, please allow 10-14 working days for production, due to high demand. Orders are made and dispatched in the order that they are received.

Delivery

We send our presses to the UK via UPS and normally take around 6-8 days to arrive, every order has it's own tracking number and can be followed on our website. Presse to the rest of the world are sent by DHL and again with it's own tracking number so you can follow it's progress on our website

Returns

If your press arrives with damage caused by the postage we will offer a full refund on it's return to us after inspection, if there is no fault there will be a 20% restocking charge. There will be no postage refund if the press has arrived. If the press is lost in the post an insurance claim will be started with the shipping company
